In-Person Spanish Classes - Champaign - Urbana, Illinois!

  Beginning Spanish  In-Person Fun Classes for Kids Monday-Friday, July 12-16, 2021 11:00AM- 12:20PM DAILY Open Enrollment  Spaces are limited      Is your child beginning Spanish this year?  Would you like to begin or refresh this summer before heading back to school?  Dynamite Spanish is a five-day in-person Level I boot camp.  July 12-16th, 2021  Cost $105       Designed to make learning fun and to help language stick, we offer a short beginning/refresher course in Spanish where your child will learn to express herself/himself in basic Spanish.         The course will include activities and games that facilitate learning. Open for primarily 4th-6th graders, children can be outside of this range, as long as s/he is a beginner.  Topics include:  greetings, numbers, colors, animals, expressing likes/dislikes, basic verb conjugation, culture, and much more.     REGISTER :   To begin the registration process, please send an email to:    dynamiteworld555@gmail.com or go directly to:   pay

REGISTRATION PROCESS

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1)      Send an email with your name, child's name, age, and grade level beginning this Fall to: dynamiteworld555@gmail.com You will receive a welcome email back directing you to the payment site. (see the next step, #2)  2)       Before first day of class, p ay registration fee ($105) through Paypal at:   paypal.me/allinternational Click "send".  It will prompt you to sign-in or sign-up for your  Paypal account, which is free to use.  Y ou can then pay using any credit card or your Paypal balance.   Alternatively, you may pay in cash on the first day of class. 3)      Enjoy the Spanish classes!            ¡Disfruta de las clases de español!

Director Dinah Armstead, Ph.D.

  Culture Speak International Director:   Dinah Armstead, Ph.D.     Dr. Armstead has spent time abroad in several Spanish-speaking countries.  She holds a doctorate degree in Educational Policy with a concentration in Global Studies.  She has taught at the Universidad de Guanajuato (Mexico), the University of Illinois, and Parkland College. She specializes in Language Teaching through content-based activities and communicative language teaching (CLT).  She has experience teaching both children and adults.  In addition to Spanish, she also teaches French, ESL, and Cultural Studies.  Her research investigates the acquisition of intercultural competence and diversifying study abroad.
